Non attendance and late arrivals
We will send you a text two days before to remind you of your appointment, but please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend one of your appointments so that we are able to offer it to another client.
We understand that on occasions things happen on the day which mean you are unable to attend your appointment. We will do our best to work round you if and when this occurs. As a regular customer if you miss your appointment there will be no charge on the first occasion. Thereafter, a charge of 50% of the missed appointment will be charged. Any future appointments will be charged in full at the time of booking.
Late arrivals will have their treatment cut short, so as not to affect the rest of the days bookings.
If you arrive late for your initial consultation we will try to fit you in if possible, but if we are fully booked you will have to re-book for another time.
